正加速度对飞行员血浆降钙基因相关肽、内皮素水平和肾功能的影响(英文) 被引量:7

摘要 为观察正加速度(+Gz)对飞行员血浆降钙素基因相关肽、内皮素及肾功能部分指标的影响。20名飞行员不穿抗荷服,在离心机+2.5Gz和+3.0Gz分别作用10s,中间休息5min。暴露前后20min两次抽肘静脉血。结果+2.5Gz,+3.0Gz暴露后,血浆降钙基因相关肽和内皮素的相关系数r=0.772(P<0.01)。结论是+2.5Gz,+3.0Gz能增长血浆中CGRP、内皮素。 The effect of positive acceleration on plasma levels of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP),and endothelin as well as renal function in pilots were observed in this study. 20 pilots were exposed to +2.5Gz 10s and +3.0Gz 10s with an interval of 5min without anti-G suits. Samples of plasma and serum were taken 20min before and after exposure.Plasma levels of CGRP and endothelin after the exposure were significantly increased (P<0.01),but alkaline phosphatase(AKP), blood levels of β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),Ca2+ in serum showed no significant change (P>0.05) as compared with those before exposure. There was a correlation between CGRP and endothlin (r=0.772,P<0.01).It is concluded that positive acceleration(+2.5,+3.0Gz) could increase plasma levels of CGRP and endothlin but did not affect renal function.
