摘要
研究新科斯糖对大肠杆菌和双歧杆菌体外生长的影响。结果表明,以葡萄糖和普通低聚果糖为对照,大肠杆菌在新科斯糖上的生长相对弱一些,但差异不显著(p>0.05);双歧杆菌能很好的利用新科斯糖在体外生长,是利用普通低聚果糖增殖效果的1.4倍,葡萄糖的2倍。
The effects of neokstose on the growth of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacterium in vitro were investigated. The results showed that the growth of Escherichia coli utilizing neokestose in vitro is weaker compared with fructooligosaccharide (FOS) and glucose, but the differences are not significant(p 〉 0.05). However, the proliferation rate of Bifidobacteria in the medium with neokestose is very high, which is 1.4 times and 2 times as much as that in the media with FOS and glucose, respectively.
