食品包装材料中残留物全氟辛酸铵安全评价模型的建立

摘要 从全球化学品分类及标记协调制度(GHS)体系出发,结合全氟辛酸铵(APFO)对环境造成影响因素的相对重要程度,采用模糊综合评判方法,运用层次分析为基础的模糊数学评价模型,建立包含理化性质、物理危害、健康/环境危害和环境暴露四个指标层15个因素的评价指标体系,根据1-9标度法确定各因素权重,进行APFO的安全性定量评价研究。 Based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a safety evaluation model for APFO was established, and a system with 15 factors about physical and chemical properties, physical hazards, healthy/environmental hazards and environmental exposure was also established under globally harmonized system (GHS). Weight of each factor was calculated with Scale method, which quantitatively represents the safety of APFO.
