摘要
本实验研究了不同CO2浓度条件下贮藏的芒果成熟度、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性总糖的含量、乙烯及相对失重的变化,结果表明可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的变化不同,且高浓度CO2能延缓果实成熟,降低果实乙烯生成量,推迟乙烯峰的出现,但对相对失重的影响无显著性差异。
Soluble protein contents, soluble sugar content, ethylene release, relative weight loss and maturity of mango fruit were determined during storage in controlled atmosphere systems with different concentrations of CO2 in this study. The results showed that the different contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar and the higher concentration of CO2 can delay fruit maturation, reduce fruit ethylene production quantity, and postpone ethylene peak appearance. But there is no statistical difference in the relative weight loss.
