摘要
文章综述国内外药用真菌多糖的研究进展,主要介绍药用真菌多糖的化学组成、多级结构、构效关系、检测方法及生理功能,并提出今后的研究方向。
The domestic and overseas research progresse of medicinal fungi polysacchafides were summarized in this paper. The chemical composition, hierarchical structure, structure-activity relationship, detection method and physiological function of medicinal fungi polysaccharides were introduced and the future research direction was proposed.
