摘要
本文对果蔬中超氧化物歧化酶的数种提纯技术和活力测定方法分别进行了分析比较,阐明了优劣点。在工艺研究或实际生产中,需结合实际需求,制定合理的提纯方案,选择合适的测活方法。
The advantageas and disadvantages of several extraction and purification techniques and activity assay methods were analyzed, and compared activity. In practical study or manufacture, it is vital to formulate reasonable technical scheme and choose reliable assay method.
