摘要
分析大学班主任工作的特点,在建立班主任工作量化考核综合评价指标体系的基础上,提出一个基于神经网络的班主任工作量化评估模型。实测结果表明该模型的有效性和实用性,该模型反映了评价指标与班主任工作的关系,为班主任工作量化考核提供了更为科学的理论指导。
Analyses the characteristics of University class adviser's workload, setups a comprehensive indexes system for the quantitative evaluation on the workload of class adviser, presents a quantitative evaluation model based on neural network. Experimental results demonstrate the model is valid and practical. The model can actually reflect the relations between quantita- tive indexes and the class adviser's workload, and gives a theoretic guidance for quantitative evaluation of class adviser's workload.
