摘要
实现了用一种新型六杆机构完成重载车辆双轴转向的设计过程。其目的是寻求一种新机构来实现重载车辆在较小转弯半径下的转向要求,使所有车轮在转弯时满足阿克曼原理。采用中心臂六杆转向机构,由解析法综合出符合要求的四杆机构,再将其绕中间位置镜像,并确定适当调整各杆的位置,使其在给定输入转角范围内,输出转角值尽可能接近阿克曼原理计算的输出值,使车辆获得良好的转向性能。该方法可以根据不同的内轮转角范围求出一套符合精度的转向机构,由纵向拉杆连接,可实现双轴、甚至多轴转向要求。
The designing process for the accomplishment of double axial steering of heavy loading vehicles was achieved by the use of a kind of new typed six-bar mechanism. Its purpose is to seek a kind of new mechanism to realizing the steering requirement of the heavy loading vehicles under a rather small turning radius, and make all the wheels while making the turning to satisfy the Ackerman principle. By adopting the center arm six-bar steering mechanism and using the analytical method to synthesize the fourbar mechanism that accord with the demands, and let it be mirror imaged by moving round the middle position. Within the given range of inputting turning angle to let the value of outputting turning angle approaches as near as possible to the outputting value calculated by Aekerman principle so as to make the vehicle to obtain a good steering property. According to different turning angle ranges of inner wheel this method could find out a set of steering mechanisms tally with the precision. Connected by longitudinal pulling rod it could realize the steering demands for double axial or even multiple axial steering mechanisms.
