摘要
疲劳破坏是链条主要失效形式,如何正确分析试验数据,进而实施考核是链条行业亟待解决的问题。文中选择国际标准中动载荷检验与试验方法,采用随机抽样对06B传动用精密滚子链进行疲劳性能符合性检验和升降法试验,利用MATLAB做出了该规格链条的R-F-N疲劳寿命曲线,并在对试验结果的分析研究基础上,对我国链条产品在链板疲劳段额定功率曲线的制定方面进行了探索,形成了一套适应我国的链条疲劳试验方法和数据处理方法。
Fatigue breakdown is the main invalidation form of chains. How to correctly analyze the experimental data and then implementing the examination are the problems demanding prompt solutions. Choosing the dynamic load inspection and the testing method in the international standard and adopting the random sampling this paper carried out the coincidence inspection and up and down testing method of the fatigue performance on precision roller chain used for 06B drive. The R - F - N fatigue life curve of chains of this specification was made out by the use of MATLAB. On the basis of analytical study on the result of test, the exploration has been carried out on the laying down of rated power curve of the chain plate' s fatigue section in the chain product of our country, thus formed a set of fatigue testing methods and data processing methods suitable for chains of our country.
