摘要
研究了QPG160高卷扬启闭机主传动系统,建立了扭振动力学模型,获得了该机在启动、匀速、制动3种典型工况下的系统固有频率和振型,分析了其动态特性,结论对该类机械的设计制造和使用有一定指导作用。
The main transmission system of QPG160 high lift hoist has been studied, and the torsion-vibration dynamics model was established. The inherent frequency and vibration type of system under 3 kinds of typical working conditions of starting up, even speed and braking of this hoist were obtained. Its dynamic performance was analyzed and the result of analysis bears certain guiding significance on the design, manufacturing and application of this kind of machinery.
