摘要
工业生产及实验研究中的许多设备都需要设置密封装置,而目前的密封多采用传统的接触式密封。文中针对接触式密封存在的缺点,提出了采用螺旋密封代替传统的接触式密封的观点,并对最佳螺旋参数做了较为深入的探讨,用优化的方法推导出一套最佳的螺旋密封几何形状和尺寸,对实现螺旋密封在实际生产中的应用有一定的指导意义。
Much equipment of industrial production and experimental study need to setting up sealing devices, yet at present most of the sealing adopt the traditional contact typed sealing up. Aimed at the existed shortcomings of contact typed sealing up, this paper put forward a point of view of adopting the spiral sealing instead of the traditional contact typed sealing up. And a rather deep discussion was made on the optimal spiral parameters ; a set of optimal geometric shapes and dimensions of spiral sealing was derived by the optimization method, which bears certain guiding significance on realizing the application of spiral sealing in practical production.
