摘要
利用血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI)技术,观察纯音刺激时正常人大脑两半球听觉皮层的激活情况,对激活体积和信号强度进行定量分析,比较其差异;探讨实验过程中相关的质量控制问题。以提高听觉皮层Bold-fMRI实验的成功率。
Uses the bold oxygenation level dependent on functional m agnelJc resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) to observe the volume and intensity of the activated auditory cortex evoked by pure tone stimuli in healthy subjects, analyzes the volume and intensity of two hemispheres of activated auditory cortex quantitatively, and compares the difference of auditory cortex between left and fight hemispheres.
