摘要
目的介绍一种应用于人工髋关节股骨侧假体翻修的新方法。方法研制一套应用于股骨侧假体翻修的滑锤式髓腔锉手术系统,该系统由七种部件组成。每种部件均有大小不同规格,根据病人具体情况不同,选择使用。结果应用该系统完成十例骨吸收性假体松动后的骨股侧假体翻修手术,手术效率高,手术后效果好。
Objective To describes a new method which can be used in the revision of artificial hip femoral prosthesis. Methods To use a system which is composed of local stem, dissemblied location stem handle, broacher with sliding hammer, broacher elonged mantle, oriented pod of broacher, sliding hammer and fork-shape sliding hammer, seven parts. The sizes of the components have their own specifications according to the specific condition. Results The method has been successfully used in ten case of surgery with high efficiency and satisfied post-operative effect.
