本文概述了风险管理系统的功能、设计原则和建立步骤,结合我院实际构建了医学保障风险管理系统,建立了有针对性的医学保障风险预警指标体系、运用结构方程模型计算风险指数、通过统计分析确定预警界限、采用彩色信号灯显示预警结果,并描述了系统实现的主要技术及注意事项。
Summarizes the functions, design principle and establishment procedure of risk management system. Establishes the medical support risk management system according to the actual situation and the early warning index system. Computers the risk index by using the structural equation model, confirms the early warning limits through the statistics, shows the results by using the color lights, and describes the implementation technology and attention.
