摘要
传统的超声检查尤其是彩色多普勒血流显像凭借其直观、灵活和无创性的优势,已成为多数血管病变的最重要的检测手段之一,并广泛应用于动静脉血管畸形、血栓、硬化斑块等的检出以及血流状态的检测。随着超声基础理论的发展和探头技术开发,实时复合成像、回声跟踪、超声造影血管成像、三维及血管内超声等新技术产品相继推向临床,使得超声在血管病变检查领域的探索也在不断前进,特别是针对冠状动脉、颈动脉等重要功能动脉的硬化斑块检测等领域,进展更是日新月异。本文重点就该领域新技术的研究现状及进展做一综述。
Traditional ultrasound especially color Doppler flow imaging has been the most important means in vascular diseases check . It's now widely used in vascular malformation, thrombosis, atherosclerosis plaque detection and blood flow imaging as well due to its advantages of intuitive, flexible and non-invasive. With the theoretical and technological development of medical ultrasound probe, advanced technology like real-time compound imaging, e-tracking, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasonography and intravascular ultrasound came into clinical application one after another. These ultrasonic technologies can help further research on vascular diseases, especially on atherosclerosis plaque detection for critical arteries such as coronary and carotid artery. Here is the review focused on this field.
