摘要 目的探讨颅外段椎动脉夹层的彩色多普勒超声表现。方法收集4例经临床或其他影像学证实的椎动脉夹层患者,分别进行灰阶超声及彩色多普勒超声检查,并分析各自的超声特点。结果灰阶超声明确发现3例掀起的内膜瓣,彩色多普勒超声不仅发现了灰阶超声漏诊的1例,而且其中3例具有特征性的频谱。结论彩色多普勒超声有助于颅外段椎动脉夹层的诊断。 Objective To explore the characteristics of colour doppler flow imaging ( CDFI ) in the diagnosis of extraeraniaI vertebral artery dissection ( EVAD ) .Methods 4 patients with EVAD proved by clinic or other imaging methods made ultrasonic examination, each special characteristics of gray - scale and CDFI was analyzed. Results Three intima flaps of 4 patients' were mentioned in gray-scale imaging, and another dissection was found in CDFI, the latter also had characteristic pulse wave in 3 patients. Conclusion CDFI plays an important role in the diagnosis of extracranial vertebral artery dissection.
