摘要
经试验山羊瘤胃瘘管投放硝酸钾后1~2h瘤胃内容物NO3-急速上升,4~6h后下降至投药前水平;而NO2-却达到500~600μg/ml,伴随NO3-、NO2-消长的同时,瘤胃蠕动由减弱至停滞。可视粘膜由轻度发绀到乌紫色,血液褐变逐渐加重,最终是酱油色。血液中NO3-变化不大(P>0.05),NO2-却明显上升,最高可达到20~30μg/ml,伴随NO2-的上升,血液中MHb/Hb比值升至72%~82%。而CO2CP明显下降,最低降至为10~11mmol/L,两组动物比较差异显著(P<0.05)。至中毒后期(或动物死亡前)体温明显下降,可下降1~2℃。
Potassiom nitriter of dosage lerel was given to goots' rumenthrough artificial fistula directly. It was proved that the density of NO3- in thegoots' rumen increased rapidly in the first 1~2 hoursafter Nitrite was given,and then dropped slowly to normal level in 4~6 hours,while the densley of NO2- grew up steadily to a level of 500~600 μg/ml. During the treatment,the peristalsis of goots' rumen wasbecoming weaker untill therewas no peristalsis observed and the colorof those goots' mucous membrance turned from pink into dark Pose andthe clolr of toxic blood became somelike soy. However there was nosignificant chang of NO3- was observed in the blood,but an obviouslygrowth of NO2- was noticed. The lighest level ofNO2-in toxic goots'blood was detected about 20~30 μg/ml. The blood MHb/Hb grew up with therising of NO2- and CO2 combind power lowed inthe some time to thelowest level of 10~11 mmol/L. The difforonce betwean the treated trialsand confirmation trial was sigmificant. (P<0. 05)Thegoots' bodytomperature dropped 1~2℃ in the later periodof intoxication and thenthose goot dide.
