摘要
在膜法对马铃薯淀粉废水进行的回收低聚糖的中试实验中,采用电渗析对废水进行了除盐实验。讨论了电渗析对废水脱盐的影响。在不同操作电压、电流、浓淡室流量下,分析了废水在电渗析过程中电导率、pH、总糖的变化。电渗析30min后,盐分的去除率>95%,总糖损失<5%。实验证明,电渗析对去除废水中的无机盐是切实可行的,为工业化提供了依据。
In the oligosaccharide recovery from potato starch wastewaters by the membranes process was experimentally studied. The wastewaters by electrodialysis desalination was experimentally studied. The operation of electrodialysis was evaluated with different operation voltaged, electric current and flow of diluted and concentrated compartment in the desalination process of the wastewaters. The tendency analysis of conductivity, pH and sugar had indicated. That electrodialysis was a feasible operation for the desalination. Run after 30min, the desalination efficiency was more than 95% and the ratio of sugar was less than 5%. The results proved that electrodialysis was a feasible method for potato starch wastewaters desalination. This study provided a basis for industrialization of desalination.
