摘要 免疫磁性分离技术是以特异的抗原抗体反应为基础的一种分离技术,它是免疫学和磁载体技术结合而发展起来的一项新技术,具有分离样品速度快、特异性强、操作简单、不需要昂贵的仪器设备等特点,已经广泛应用于细胞分离、病原体检测等领域,本文主要就其在细菌、病毒、寄生虫等食源性疾病检测方面的应用作一综述。 Immunomagnetic separation (IMS)is a technique that based on the specific antigen- antibody interactions,it is a new method that combine immunology with magnetic adsorption technique. IMS has been widely used in separation of cells and detection of pathogens for its rapid separation, high specificity, simple manipulation and no need of expensive equipment. This article focused on the application of IMS in detection of food-borne diseases caused by bacteria,viruses or parasites.
