摘要
山梨醇、麦芽糖醇、甘露醇、赤藓糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、低聚异麦芽糖醇和氢化淀粉水解物等是可以采用淀粉为原料来制备的功能性糖醇,具有良好的化学性质和生理功能,在食品、医药、化工等行业有着广泛的应用。本文将介绍这些糖醇的性质和制备。
Sorbitol, maltitol, mannitol, ergthritol, isomaltitol, isomaltoofigosaccharide, and hydrogenated starch hydrolysates are all functional gtycitols, which are made from starches. They feature their fine chemical and physiological functions ,and used widely in food, medicine and chemistry industries.The properties and preparation of these glycitols were discussed in this paper.
