摘要
城市旅游是现代旅游业的重要构成部分。城市旅游的发展与繁荣既需要综合运用城市其他相关功能,也要积极整合城市各类旅游资源和旅游服务接待设施。以城市旅游的视角审视美食街的发展格局,需要深入分析区位、消费、资源、社会及政策等要素构成的美食街格局形成机理。扬州案例研究表明,美食街的发展格局与城市旅游的发展要求存在一定距离,需要采取进一步的优化措施和完善对策。
The development and prosperity of urban tourism, which is an important component of modem tourism, involves the synthesis utilization of the related functions in the city and the active integration of other tourism resources, tourism services and reception facilities as well. On the basis of urban tourism perspective, in -depth analysis is supposed to take into consideration of location, consumption, resources, social and policy factors, which constitute the mechanism of the development pattern of catering streets. The ease study of Yangzhou City indicates that current catering street pattern and the urban tourism development requirements dont meet, and further optimized countermeasures and tactics are to be made.
