摘要
采用微带谐振器技术研究高温超导薄膜的微波非线性问题,介绍了微波非线性的测试方法,描述了测试现象,定量表征了微波功率非线性。将微波非线性与临界电流密度Jc大小的关联性进行分析研究,发现两者关联性弱;同时验证了功率压缩测试方法对高温超导薄膜微波非线性的研究是可行的。
In this paper, microwave nonlinearity of high -temperature superconducting thin film was studied with microstrip resonator Technology. The measuring method and measured results were presented. And the interrelated analyzing results show weak relationship between microwave nonlinearity and the DC critical current density. The power compression testing method to the microwave nonlinearity of HTS thin film is practicable.
