摘要
发火质量是船用残渣燃料油的重要性能指标之一。近年来由于调油原料的劣质化和复杂化,残渣燃料油的发火及燃烧质量每况愈下,随着船用残渣燃料油调油原料的变化,仅依靠CCAI等传统的计算方法对发火质量评价已不够,而试验机模拟台架测试尚未普及。采用其它测试方法或方法组合,通过组分分析评估发火质量,理论上可以辅助与发火质量有关的故障诊断。在国内外尚无可借鉴的资料或数据的情况下,上海润凯公司对此进行了有效的尝试,获得了有意义的结论。
Ignition quality is an important characteristic index of residual fuel oil (RFO). Ignition and combustion quality of RFO is getting worse in recent years due to bad and complex blend components. Because of marine RFO blend components variation, traditional calculation method e. g. CCAI only is not enough to give satisfactory assessment result of ignition quality and test IP541-06 has not been popularly adopted yet. Company Shanghai Runcare tried to assess ignition quality of RFO by component analysis and it is indicated that the assessment is helpful in diagnosing diesel engine faults due to fuel oil.
