摘要
本文研究了从蔗茅幼叶诱导愈伤组织的条件,结果表明培养基以MS附加2,4-D3-6mg/L为适宜。不同无性系在诱导愈伤组织和分化成苗方面都表现出明显的差异,说明蔗茅在生理和遗传上存着丰富的种内变异。
Conditions of inductng callus from young leaf of Erianthus rufipiuls were dealt with in this paper. The results showed that medium MS added in 2,4-D 3-6 mg/L was suitable. Various clones had obvious difference in inductng callus and differentiating into seedling, which indicated that there were plentiful physiological and genetic variations within the species of Erianthus rufipilus.
