甘蔗品种伸长期光合特性及冠层光合量的估算

The Photosynthetic Characteristics and Estimation of Canopy Photo- sythetic Yield of Different Sugarcane Varieties at the Elongation Stage

本文在活体测量的基础上，分析了７个甘蔗示范品种和对照种闽糖７０－６１１在不同光合有效辐射（ＰＡＲ）下＋１叶的净光合速率（Ｐｎ）、光呼吸强度（ε）、水分利用效率（ＷＵＥ）的变化情况，并对冠层总的同化量进行估算。结果表明：甘蔗不同品种＋１叶的Ｐｎ随ＰＡＲ变化较大，但冠层总的同化量与单叶的Ｐｎ没有明显的相关性，各品种的光呼吸强度不大，变化在２．２×１０－２－２．５×１０－２μｍｍｏｌ·ｍ－２·ｓ－１之间；ＷＵＥ除福农８９－２０９、福蔗８７－１０与对照品种相当外，其余均比对照种高，且这种差异与Ｐｎ无正相关性。

Based on intact observation, seven sugarcane varieties and one control variety-MT70-611 were used to analyze the differences of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), photoerspiration rate(e), water use efficiency(WUE) of the +1 leaf under various photosynthetic available radiations (PAR). Meanwhile their canopy photosynthetic yields were estimated. The results indicated that the +1 leaf Pn of different varieties varied remarkably with PAR, but their canopy photosynthetic yields were not related to single-leaf Pn, their photorespiration rates changed from 2.2×10-2to 2.5×10-2μmmol·m-2·s-1,their WUEs were higher than the control except FN89-209, FZ87-10 and the difference of was not positively correlated to the +1 leaf Pn.
