In the internet age, Internet, alternative web application, electronic coordination and other computerizing technique have changed the traditional business mode completely, virtual organization emerges as the times require. Direct marketing, outsourcing, quick response of the supply chain and substantive marketing expense all have bilateral aspects. Meanwhile, the vast amount of imitators also challenge the innovative organization form.
