摘要
由于服装行业的特点,要在实施精益生产中做出完全量化的决策比较困难。本文以MGE服装企业为例,探索性地利用层次分析法解决了该企业减少工序流转批量的问题。并且在层次分析法中引入了准连续型方案层,使得结果更具可靠性。最后通过调查和计算得出:将流转批量减至15和仍保持20不变这两个方案权重较大。依据不同的计算方法,工序间流转批量减至15应为企业的理想决策。此外还探讨了这种AHP方法的局限性。
Because of the characteristics of garment industry, it is quite difficult to make a purely quantitative decision in the process of carrying out Lean Production. This article uses AHP method to resolve the issue of reducing the quantity of WIP hatch (Working in process). And in AHP, I introduce the semi consecutive project-layer to acquire more reliable result. Through investigation and computing, I find that the weighing of project 3(cut down to 15) and project 4 (remain 20) are larger. Through further quantitative and qualitative analysis, "cut down to 15" is the best choice. In addition, this article discusses the shortcoming of the semiconsecutive AHP.
