摘要
对转基因抗虫棉杂交种的光合生产及干物质分配研究表明,转基因抗虫棉杂交种F1代种有效叶面积显著增多,高效叶面积大,比叶重和净同化率高,群体发展较合理,光合生产率高。在干物质分配上以茎枝较多,经济器官居第二位,叶居第三位。在不同层次上表现为中上部叶干重较高和上部经济器官干重较高,因此在栽培应用时需加以调节,可进一步提高产量。
Study on photosynthetic production and DMW on Bt-transgenic cotton, showed that the effective leaf area increase significantly, higher efficient leaf area compared with CK, the ratio of leaf DMW and area go up, the NAR increased. On the distribution of the DMW, the stem branch is first, the boll second, the leaf third. In order to increase the yield, the seeds should be cultured properly and adjusting the photosynthetic production from stem branch into bolls.
