摘要
论述国内外公路隧道安全评价的发展现状,分析影响隧道运营安全的主要因素及运营灾害的特点,从隧道重要度、运营环境、土建结构、机电设施、运营管理5个方面,提出隧道安全评价的指标体系与方法。
This paper expatiates development status quo of safety evaluation of highway tunnel at home and abroad and analyzes principal factors affecting operating safety of tunnel and features of operating disasters. As a result the paper proposes index system and method for tunnel safety evaluation from five aspects, i.e. important ratings, operational environment, civil structure, electromechanical facilities and operational management.
