摘要 现代钢厂建设120T级以上的连铸机已经变得越来越普遍,但大型铸机投运后遇到频繁漏钢问题往往困扰工艺管理。有的钢厂一个月出现几次,一年出现十几次;有的每次停机后的检修,仅人工测量辊道缝隙就需要2个多小时;更严重的是有时出现铸坯质量不合格,却很难找到原因。本文从工艺自动化的角度作了技术分析。 Now it is turning more and more easy that builds a CCM whose size over 120t,but the question that occurs after putting into production often makes some trouble for the manager such as breakout. Some plants happen several stop production accidents in a month, more than ten times in a year. The time of every examine and repair,it takes about 2 hour in the measuring of roller gap, Even serious question is that the reason Of disqualification production can not find out. The article takes a analysis from control technology.
