节能降耗是水工业建设的最大主题

摘要 近二十多年来,国内外水工业等各种企业,大量选用变频调速技术来实现工艺流程的节能降耗,是主流也是主题。变频器具有什么样的功能,才是安全可靠的绿色环保型的驱动装置?一个现代化的水工业网络综合自动化监控系统,监控功能标准和功能安全标准如何做到同步设计?这也是当今工程建设中必须解决的第二个主题。总结几十年国内外水工业建设的实践的经验教训,就节能降耗的这个主题的解决思路,提出解决问题的对策,这只是抛砖引玉;希望广大的同仁智士,都来研究这个主题的实践科学技术的解决之道,多快好省地完成"十一五"规划中各行各业的建设任务。 Over the past 20 years, most domestic and international water industry and other enterprises have chosen frequency control technology to achieve energy-saving in process flow, which is the mainstream and also the theme. What functions inverter should have so that we can say it's safe and reliable environment-protecting driving device? How can a modern water industry network's integrated automation supervisory system, supervisor control functional standards and function safety standards be designed synchronously? This is the second theme that must be resolved in engineering construction today. The author brings up countermeasures to the problem according to the solution ideas of the two themes, which is just a beginning. I hope that colleagues and intellects all come to study thescientific and Technical solutions of these two major themes, and complete the 11th Five-Year plan construction tasks more, faster, better and cheaper in all industries.
