On Similarities and Differences Between Technical Talents and Skilled Talents by Taking Agricultural Field as an Example

通过分析农业领域人才现状,提出技术人才与技能人才的异同,指出人才培养的课程设计要符合不同人才岗位的内涵知识与技能的要求。

By analyzing the current situation of talented persons in agricultural field, this paper puts forward the similarities and differences between technical talents and skilled talents. It points out that the curriculum design of talent training should meet the different post requirements about the intensional knowledge and skill.
