摘要 近年来对内质网应激在代谢综合征等方面的作用研究十分广泛,而非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病机制与代谢综合征密切相关,现就内质网应激在非酒精性脂肪性肝病发生、发展中的作用和意义作一综述。 Recently, the study about the effect of endoplasmic reticulum stress on metabolic syndrome becomes the current focus. The pathogenesis of NAFLD is closely associated with metabolic syndrome. This article reviews the research progress of the effect of endoplasmic reticulum stress in the development and the occurrence of NAFLD.
