摘要 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)是一类具有免疫抑制功能的T细胞亚群,它主要通过细胞接触抑制和分泌抑制性细胞因子发挥免疫抑制作用。近年来,越来越多的证据显示Treg在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及其相关性疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。此文就近年来对CD4+CD25+Treg研究的进展及其与Hp感染和致病的关系进行综述。 Regulatory T (Treg) cells are a subpopulation of T cells which have immunosuppression function, Treg can play powerful inhibiting function through secretion of inhibitory cytokine and contact inhibition. Recently, more and more evidence highlight the substantial role of regulatory T cell in the Hp infection and the nosogenesis of Hp associated diseases. This re view will explore the relation betweenCD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cell and Hp infection, and the progress of study of CD4 + CD25+ regulatory T cell.
