本文主要从医学院校目前计算机公共基础课程的设置及教学现状出发，结合计算机教育的发展趋势、社会需求及多年来教育教学的实践经验，探讨在新形势下进一步提高医学院校大学生计算机应用能力和综合素质的改革与实践。

Based on the current situation of public computer foundation courses of medical colleges, the development trend and social needs for computer education and years＇ teaching experiences, this paper discussed the reform and practice of computer foundation course offered and taught in medical colleges so as to further develop students＇ computer application abilities and comprehensive quality in the new situation.
