摘要
新时期的教师语言呈现出新的特点:人格化、情感性、沟通性、生成性、反思性。教师只有热爱教育事业、虚心学习,在教育教学实践中不断锤炼,才能提高自身的语言素养。本文主要采用日常观察和文献检索的方法,探讨了教师的语言素养问题,指出教师的语言素养在很大程度上决定着学生的学习效率和教育教学的效果。
The article discusses the new features of teachers' speech accomplishment and the methods of improving teachers speech accomplishment. Teachers' language has the new features : personalization, emotionality, communicability, generative, reflexivity. Teachers should love the career of education, should study with an open mind and should train their own language in teaching practice. This article analyzes teachers' language accomplishment and put forwards the suggestion of reform by the cultural heritage method and the method of observation. Teachers' language accomplishment affects directly the development of students' intelligence and the quality of the training.
