摘要
山东大学齐鲁医院实施临床教学改革,构建了整体化的临床教学新模式,实现了临床理论课教学、见习教学、实习教学的同步进行。新教学模式调动了学生学习的积极性,加强了学生临床能力的培养,取得了初步的成效。新教学模式还需要在实践中加以完善。
In order to improve the clinical teaching quality, we reformed the traditional clinical teaching model in our hospital and established a new clinical teaching model integrated classroom teaching, clinical intra-course practice and clerkship into one process. The survey results from the students and teachers who participated in this reform showed that this new clinical teaching model was helpful to enhance the students' learning motivations and improve their clinical skills. But the effect of the new clinical teaching model should be further tested and the new model itself still should be further improved.
