摘要
采用荧光分光光度计法对检测器及样品的精密度和回收率进行了测定。结果表明,本法的平均变异系数为2.067%±1.073%,生物样本的精密度均大于标准品的精密度,硒的回收率均在85%以上。
The accuracy and recovery ratio of the detector and samples were predicted by using the fluorsecence method procedure.The results showed that the average coefficient of variation was 2.072±1.073%,the accuracy of the biological sample was higher than that of the standard sample.The results also showde that the recovery ratio of selenium was higher than eighty-five percents.
