摘要
本文对继续医学教育资源的特点、配置和利用进行了分析，认为我国目前继续医学教育资源供给不足与利用不高并存，教育产品配置机制还不够完善，建议政府要保证对继续医学教育的投入，加强继续医学教育资源体系建设，采取多种措施逐步完善教育产品供求机制，提高教育产品的利用率。
In this paper the characteristics of continuing medical education （CME） resources and some matters for resources allocation and utilization were analyzed. Nowadays inadequate resources allocation and low level utilization were co-existed in China. The allocation mechanism of educational products was not perfect. Governments should assure the investment in CME and develop the resources system. Various measures should be put into effect to perfect the supply and demand mechanism of educational products between step by step in order to enhance the rate of utilization of educational products.
