Analysis of pharmacology test paper of clinical pharmacy profession

目的分析和评价临床药学专业一份药理学试卷的质量。方法采用统计学方法对学生的考试成绩进行处理，分析试卷的试题质量。结果学生的考试成绩呈正态分布，平均成绩76．12分，平均难度0．76，总区分度1．18，信度0．78。结论这份药理学试卷能够较全面地评价学生对课程的掌握程度，试题难度适中，区分度很好，考试成绩可信，比较全面、客观地评价了学生对药理学课程的掌握程度。

Objective This paper analyzes and evaluates the quality of pharmacology test paper of clinical pharmacy undergraduate students. Method The examinational results are treated using statistics method. Results The students＇ scores are normal distribution, with the mean score being 76.12, the average difficulty being 0.76, the discrimination being 1.18 and the paper reliability being 0.78. Conclusions The examinatiorial scores show a good assessment of the students＇ ability to master knowledge. The difficulty of the exam paper is appropriate, the discrimination of examination question is significant, and the test record is reliable. It evaluates comprehensively and objectively to the extent which students master the course.
