摘要
应用细胞内微电极技术,研究体外培养时间、卵丘细胞数目对猪卵母细胞模电位的影响。结果表明:体外培养时间对卵母细胞膜电位有显著影响。体外培养0h膜电位为-8.97±0.50mV,18h膜电位为-46.40±1.70mV,24h膜电位为+10.60±1.00mV,36h膜电位为+26.50±1.00mV,50h膜电位为+26.40±1.10mV。卵丘细胞数目对卵母细胞膜电位亦有影响。多丘卵的膜电位为-8.97±0.50mV,少丘卵膜电位为-1.55±0.650mV,无丘卵的膜电位为+2.40±0.30mV。
The effects of time of culture in vitro,numbers of cumulus cells on membrane potential of pig oocytes were studied by the introcellular microeleclrode recording method.The effect of culture in vilro on membrane potential of pig oocytes was significant.Membrane potential of oocytes at 0,18,24,36 and 50h of culture in vitrowas -8.97±0.50 mV,-46.40±1.70 mV,+10.60±1.00 mV,+26.50±1.00 mV and +26.40±1.10 mV, respectively.And the effect of numbers of cumulus cells on membrane potential of pig oocytes was also significant. The membrane potential of the oocytes enclosed with more than five layers of cumulus cells was -8.97±0.50 mV ofthe oocyles enclosed with few cumulus cells was -1.55±0.60 mV and of the oocytes with no cumulus cells was +2.40±0.30 mV.
