摘要
本文以土霉素(OTC)-铕(Eu3+)作为荧光探针,提出了一种荧光光度法测量胆红素(BR)的方法。在pH=7.3的酸度条件下,BR能使OTC-Eu3+位于612nm处的特征荧光显著减弱且减弱的荧光强度与BR的含量成正比。测量的线性范围为5.0×10-7mol/L~3.0×10-5mol/L,检测限为7.7×10-8mol/L。该方法成功地应用于实际样品的测定。
A new spectrofluorimetric method was developed for determination of trace amount of Bilirubin (BR) using oxytetracyclin^e (OTC) - europium ion (Eu3+) as a fluorescent probe. In the buffer solution of pH=7.3, BR can remarkably reduce the fluorescence intensity of the OTC-Eu^3+complex at h =612nm; the reduced fluorescence intensity of Eu^3+ ion is proportional to the concentration of BR. Optimum conditions for the determination of BR were also investigated. The linear range and detection limit for the determination of BR are 5.0×10^-7mol/L-3.0×10^-5mol/L and 7.7×10^-8mol/L respectively. The method is practical and relatively free of interference from coexisting substances, and can be successfully applied to assess BR in serum samples.
