大鼠高同型半胱氨酸血症对主动脉超微结构的影响

摘要 目的研究高同型半胱氨酸血症对大鼠主动脉超微结构的影响。方法采用雄性Wistar大白鼠50只,10只给予标准鼠饲料作为空白对照,20只给予高蛋氨酸饮食复制高Hcy血症模型;20只给予高脂高蛋氨酸饮食复制高脂高Hcy血症复合模型。分别在实验的第8w、20w每组各处死一半的动物取主动脉,电镜检测组织学改变。结果①检测血清中tHcy、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)证实模型复制成功;②透射电镜下观察到主动脉的内膜中膜超微结构改变,同一时间点复合组病变较单纯高Hcy组重。结论①高Hcy血症持续时间越长病变越严重。②高Hcy血症和高脂血症会协同加重心血管系统的损害。 Objective To study the influence on the ultrastructure of aortic artery of mice by hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods 50 male Wistar mice were selected for the study. Standard mice diet were given to 10 of them as controls. High methionine diet were given to 20 of them to replicate hyperhomocysteinemia models. High lipid,high methionine diet given to 20 of them to replicate hyperlipidemia hyperhomocysteinemia models. Half of the mice in each group were put to death in the 8W and 20W experimental periods,and take the aortic tissue for electronic microscope examination. Results ①The serum tHcy,CHO,TG examination showed that the model replication succeeded. ②The ultrastructure change in the endomembrace and tunica media of aortic artery observed by transmission electronic microscope and at the same time,the disease extent in the combined group is more severe than that of the simple hyperhomocysteinemia group. Conclusion ③The longer the hyperhomocysteinemia lasts,the more severe the disease extent was. ④Hyperhomocysteinemia and hyperlipidemia coordinately increase the damage to the cardiovascular system.
