厄贝沙坦联合至灵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察在厄贝沙坦基础上加用至灵胶囊对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择初诊糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病患者40例,分为两组。分别以厄贝沙坦联合至灵胶囊以及单独厄贝沙坦治疗,观察两组之间尿微量白蛋白排泄率的差异。结果两组间血糖、血肌酐和肌酐清除率无明显差异,而尿微量白蛋白排泄率差异显著。结论在厄贝沙坦治疗基础上加用至灵胶囊可以进一步降低尿白蛋白排泄,改善糖尿病肾病预后。 Objective To observe on the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with irbesartan jointed by zhiling capsule. Methods 40 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients as Diabetic Nephropathy were studied,two groups divided equally. One group was treated by irbesartan jointed with zhiling capsule as well as the other by the irbesartan separately. The difference of urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) was observed between the two groups after treatment. Results Fasting plasma glocose(FBG), serum creatinine (Scr) and creatinine clearance(Ccr) were no significantly different between the two groups. UAER was significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion Irbesartan jointed by zhiling capsule can further reduce UAER, and improve the prognosis of Diabetic Nephropathy.
