摘要
目的研究脂肪肝患者的肝脏、胆囊及脾脏的超声声像图的特点。方法采用彩色超声仪观察了160例脂肪肝患者的肝脏、胆囊及脾脏,进行了超声测量、对比、分析和研究。结果脂肪肝患者在超声上均有明显改变。结论超声检查在脂肪肝的诊断中有重要的临床价值。
Objective To research on ultrasonic imaging character of liver,gallbladder and spleen in patients with fatty liver. Methods With color ultrasound instrument, 160 cases of fatty liver disease with liver, gallbladder and spleen, uhrasounic were measured,compared,analyzed and researched. Results Patients with fatty liver disease on ultrasound had changed significantly. Conclusion Ultrasonography has an important value in the diagnosis of fatty liver.
