摘要
目的观察活血理气,化瘀痛淋中药配伍治疗肾结石的疗效。方法采用自拟排石汤(黄芪、海金砂、金钱草、葶苈子、砂仁、蒲黄、阿胶等)治疗肾结石30例,并设对照组30例。结果治疗组总有效率达86.67%,优于对照组63.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自拟排石汤是治疗肾结石的有效方剂。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the method of compatibility of Chinese herbal promoting blood by regulating Qi, absorb clots and Tong Ling when it is applied to treat kidney calculi. Methods The author utilizes self-made Chinese herbal decoction（such as astragalus,herpes zoster,loosestrife,descurainia sophia,villous amomum fruit,typha orientalis,donkey hide gelatin and so on）as the addition and subtraction treatment kidney stone, at the same time supposes control group to take orally the German niter element,treats period of time. Results The total effectiveness of self-made Chinese herbal decoction was 86.67%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group with 63.33%（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The self-made Chinese preparation of removing calculus is an effective prescription in treating kidney calculus.
