健康教育对高血压患者药物治疗的依从性和疗效的观察

The Study of the Influence to Compliance of Medication and Curative Effect from Hypertensive Patients by Health Education

目的评价健康教育对高血压患者药物治疗的依从性和疗效的影响。方法以高血压防治指南为主要内容对47例高血压患者进行健康教育,教育前和教育后6个月测评患者药物治疗的依从性和临床疗效,并进行生活质量测评。结果教育后6个月患者的测试成绩和药物治疗的依从性明显提高;患者的临床症状及血压控制情况和生活质量均有明显改善。结论健康教育能帮助患者了解更多的高血压防治知识,提高药物治疗的依从性和临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the influence of health education to compliance of medication and curative effect from hypertensive patients. Methods 47 patients with hypertension were educated by the guide on prevention and treatment of hypertension, evaluated by compliance and curative effect, and scored from quality of life. Results The testing result and compliance of medication increased after 6 months by education,and patients＇ clinical symptoms and quality of life were improved obviously. Conclusion Health education can help patients to understand more knowledge on prevention and treatment of hypertension, increase the curative effect of patients from medication, and improve their quality of life.
