275例绝经后阴道出血的子宫内膜组织学变化

Change in Endometrium Tissue of 275 Patients with Postmenopausal Colporrhagia

目的探讨妇女绝经后阴道出血的子宫内膜组织学变化。方法通过对275例绝经后阴道出血的妇女进行诊断性刮宫和/或子宫切除检查,活检材料常规石蜡制片,HE染色,最后病理诊断。结果绝经后阴道出血的子宫内膜组织学变化大致可分为炎症性、功能性、增生性、赘生物性、癌五大类型。结论通过分析子宫内膜的类型与出血的关系,为临床提供不同的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the change in endometrium tissue of patients with postmenopausal colporrhagia. Methods Take diagnostic curettage or uterus resection in 275 patitens with postmenopausal colporrhagia,then stain paraffin section with hematoxylin-eosinto to get the pathologic diagnosis. Results For patients with postmenopausal colporrhagia,change in endometrium tissue can be divided into five types：inflammation,dysfunetion,hyperplasia,vegetation and cancer. Conclusion The relationship between colporrhagia and change in endometrium tissue can be evidence for different clinical therapy.
