摘要
应用液相色谱法测定苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂有效成分含量,该方法分析速度快,操作简便,出峰时间短。经验证应用液相色谱法测定其加标回收率为100.03,线性回归方程为:Y=0.02+ 2.136 7X,相关系数:r=0.999 6。
Effective component content of wettable powders for bensulfuron-methyl is analyzed by liquid chromatography. The method has many advantages, such as rapidity, simplicity, short peak time. The results show that additive recovery is 100.03,linear regression equation is Y=0.02＋2. 136 7X and correlation coefficient（r） is 0. 9996 by means of liquid chromatography.
