A Study on Chinese Petroleum Developing Strategy Since the Reform and Openness

一、改革开放以来我国石油发展的阶段与问题 （一）发展阶段建国以来至改革开放前，我国石油工业的特点是自给自足，计划单一，政策简单，石油效率低，技术落后，环保意识薄弱。改革开放以来，石油工业开始从计划经济走向市场经济。

Since the Reform and Openness, Chinese oil industry has gone through two stages of development steadily and strategic change. China has got certain achievements in developing oil and gas resources, pipeline construction, oil refining and chemical industry, cooperation with foreigners and international management in oil and gas field, although there is series of problems, such as the relatively insufficiency in oil and gas resources, the gap between supply and demand and so on. Therefore, the author suggests that we should learn from Japan to design and perfect our oil developing strategy.
